Recently one of my friends posted a link to a Tiktok video of a girl making keto and low carb crispy broccoli cheddar rounds.

Since I am on my diet and trying to watch what I eat. It intrigued me…

In fact, it intrigued me so much that I went out and bought a brand new food processor!

Well… I’m not sure if making the same recipe is for everyone. The reason I say that is because I tried the seasonings she used the first time and I wasn’t the biggest fan. Which is totally fine and to each their very own. I just needed a little more kick! 🙂

I love her concept though and a big shout out to Mandy Leigh Mitchell for coming up with this genius and healthy idea. It’s like scoring the best hot cocoa bomb recipe at Christmas!

With this recipe, I just made a couple of minor changes to work a little better in my home. 🙂#
