We are seeking a part-time Marketing Associate to join the team at HomeSeer. This role will collaborate with the HomeSeer team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and strategies. This role includes creating and managing content for social media, newsletters, and blogs, and analyzing the effectiveness of these campaigns. The Marketing Associate will craft engaging graphics, text, and video content across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, LinkedIn, Threads, and the HomeSeer forums. Additionally, this role will lead efforts to refine HomeSeer's brand image and define the company's voice in the market. Establishing a consistent social media presence and driving sales growth are critical objectives for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends to identify target demographics and inform marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
• Create and manage content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and multimedia materials.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics, optimizing strategies based on data insights.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine content and increase engagement.
• Update and maintain the brand guide to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
• Optimize the website for enhanced user experience and SEO performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers to extend brand reach and influence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field. Or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in digital marketing
• Expertise in using major social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Strong skills in content creation, including writing and graphic design. Video production skills are a plus.
• Proficient in SEO practices and website analytics tools.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Experienced in managing brand identity and maintaining brand consistency.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and partnership management.
