Expert tips

This chicken and pasta recipe is really straightforward to make, but here are some tips so it’s perfect every time you make it!

  • Chicken size: It’s best if all of the pieces of chicken are similar in size. This will help them cook evenly and at the same rate.
  • Chicken doneness:To ensure your chicken is fully cooked, it’s best to use a meat thermometer. Chicken is done cooking when it reads 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Freshly-grated cheese: If you have the time, grate your own Parmesan. It will melt better into the sauce and have a more delicious taste.
